Zen Restaurant shines the spotlight on salmon next month with a “Salmon Treasure” campaign that features a brand new menu crafted from the delicious fresh fish.
The dishes are made from fresh salmon that is being flown in from Norway to the restaurants twice a week. They include Salmon Treasure Oversize featuring 16 Sashimi pieces to satisfy the whole family, Salmon Treasure Don, a perfect mix of salmon teriyaki, salmon aburi, diced salmon, salmon roe and Zen tamago, served on top of Japanese rice, and Spicy Duo Treasure – pan-fried salmon belly and diced salmon in Thai style spicy salad.
Other plates to sample include Salmon Treasure Combo, Mini Treasure Salmon & Hot Soba, and Salmon Coral Treasure. In addition, Zen offers a Bt200 voucher with every order of Salmon Treasure Oversize at Bt890.
