Today is last day of registration for government cash handout scheme

Earlier, the Labour Ministry had cooperated with Provincial Social Security Offices and Krungthai Bank to help people who do not have a smartphone register at factories nationwide.

Thai nationals who do not hold a state welfare card, have not joined the Rao Chana (We Win) scheme and have less than Bt500,000 in financial deposits are eligible for the handout.

Those eligible will be given Bt1,000 per week for four weeks from March 22, and they can use the funds from April 12 to May 31 via the Pao Tang application.
