Ranger injured in Yala ambush

The bombing occurred on the Ban Pu Poh road in Moo 1 village in Tambon Samakkhi at 9.20am.
The bomb was detonated as a vehicle carrying rangers from the 46thRanger Regiment was driving past the spot.
Rangers travelling in the vehicle fired into the forest to prevent insurgents from attacking them before rushing the injured ranger to the district hospital.
