Colours of autumn
Mixologists at The Okura Prestige Bangkok have created a series of cocktails that reflect the changing colours across Japan’s autumn landscape. The process of this colour change is known as “Koyo” in Japan and the cocktails are named “Green”, “Yellow” and “Red” in honour of the changing landscape. The hotel also has two mocktails – pumpkin smoothie and strawberry/rhubarb soda for those who prefer to lay off alcohol.
