Weather: Storms, strong winds to affect Northern Thailand today

The Thai Meteorological Department is forecasting thunderstorms and strong winds for the northern region today (October 30) bringing a risk of flash flooding, especially in hilly and low-lying areas. The minimum temperature will also drop to about 25 degrees Celsius.
