Prime Minister Srettha Thavisin and his Cambodian counterpart Hun Manet will witness the signing of three memoranda of understanding (MOU) covering cooperation in cross- border trade, scientific research and innovation, and shared disaster monitoring and warning systems, a news source from the Government House said on Tuesday.
