The earth shook in Surin on Friday morning as the annual Elephant Festival opened with a grand procession of 160 pachyderms through the streets of the city.
Several Buddhists in Songkhla province participated in the Chak Phra festival, playing the Laem Pho folk song to mark the end of the Buddhist Lent at Laem Pho priest camp site in Hat Yai district on Saturday.
