The Engineering Institute of Thailand (EIT) has initially concluded that a partial collapse of an apartment building in Bangkok’s Soi Ramkhamhaeng 39 on Tuesday night might have been due to a flaw in the two-storey, 20-room building’s foundation pillars and stanchions.
