On Sunday, Their Majesties the King and Queen arrived at Amporn Sathan Throne in Dusit Palace to hand over land title deeds of royal properties in Bangkok and other provinces to use as government workplaces and educational establishments.
The royal occasion of giving title deeds for public benefit was last held in 2017.
▪︎Interior Minister General Anupong Paochinda received a land title deed of 14 rai, 1 ngan and 72.70 square wah, located in Dusit district of Bangkok for use as a workplace for the Department of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation, and a land title deed for 9 rai, 3 ngan and 92.30 square wah, in Dusit district of Bangkok, to use as a workplace for the Department of Local Administration.
▪︎Education Minister Natthaphon Teepsuwan was granted a land title deed for an area of 10 rai, 2 ngan and 65.70 square wah in the Dusit district of Bangkok for Rachawinit School, and a land title deed for 6 rai, 3 ngan and 22 square wah, also in Dusit district, for Rachawinit Secondary School.
▪︎Army commander General Narongpan Jitkaewthae received a land title deed for an area of 1,059 rai, 1 ngan and 36.70 square wah in Pathum Thani province, and a land title deed for an area of 493 rai, 1 ngan and 63 square wah in Chonburi province for use by the Army.
▪︎Commissioner of the Royal Thai Police, Pol General Suwat Jangyodsuk, received a land title deed for an area of 185 rai, 1 ngan and 85.20 square wah, in Cha-am district of Phetchaburi province for use as a working place for Naresuan Camp Border Patrol Police headquarters.
▪︎Commander of the Border Patrol Police, Pol Lt-General Wichit Paksa, received a land title deed for an area of 275 rai, 3 ngan and 57.20 square wah in Cha-am district of Phetchaburi province to use for Border Patrol Police headquarters, Rama VI Camp (Maruekhathaiyawan Palace) in Phetchaburi, which was in addition to the land bestowed in 2017.
▪︎The commander of the 15th Army Territory, Maj-General Prayook Oon-ob, received a land title deed for an area of 173 rai and 40.80 square wah in the Muang district of Phetchaburi province for use by the district's 15th Army troop Rama Ratchaniwet (Ban Puen Palace) in Phetchaburi, which was in addition to the land bestowed in 2017.
▪︎Phetchaburi Governor Pakapong Tawipat received a land title deed for an area of 25 rai and 84 square wah in the area of King Mongkut's Monument, in the Muang Phetchaburi district of the province for government work.
▪︎Acting president of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Prof Chutikan Sriviboon, received a land title deed for 60 rai, 1 ngan and 80 square wah in Bangkok's Dusit district, for use as the location for Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University.
▪︎Suan Dusit University president Sirot Phonphanthin received a land title deed for 37 rai, 1 ngan and 10 square wah in Bangkok's Dusit district, to use as location for the university.
