The province has allowed people to pay their respects to the Luang Pu Suk statue in the temple since Friday (June 12).
Deputy governor Natee Montriwat explained that staff will manage traffic and screen people, adding that those with temperature over 37.5 degrees Celsius will be prohibited from entering the temple.
"People must wash hands with hand sanitising gels and write their names in the book before paying their respects," he said. "We will arrange people and seats to maintain social distancing while paying respects to the Luang Pu Suk statue, and buying amulets."
He also asked people about the staff's service before going to oversee the screening arrangements at Wat Thammamun.
