The year has simply flown by and once again it’s time to think about buying presents for family, friends and colleagues to wish them the best for Christmas and the new year. Knowing how busy our readers are finalising their projects before 2014 rolls to an end, the Sunday Nation stopped off at leading shops and department stores to get an idea of what’s hot.
Starbucks
Starbucks celebrates Christmas with ceramic mugs and tumblers showered in festive glitter as well as Christmas Blend and Christmas Espresso roasted brews on the theme “Let There Be Bright”.
The special java juice includes a blend of aged Sumatran coffee and other Asia-Pacific and Latin American beans naturally roasted and micro-ground for an instant coffee guaranteed to brighten anyone’s day. You can also opt for a Toffee Nut Latte with a shot of espresso for that extra caffeine kick or another festive favourite, the Peppermint Mocha, made from bittersweet chocolate, peppermint, sweet espresso and velvety steamed milk.
