There is a dispute about who will form the next government – Pheu Thai, which won the most MP seats, or Phalang Pracharat, which won the most popular votes.
Let’s suppose that Teams A and B play a volleyball match and the results are A (25-22), A (25-23), B (25-15), B (25-14), A (15-13). Who do you think won the match?
Team A (3-2) by conventional standards, or Team B (108-94) by jungle rule. Go figure!
