Looking on the bright side over a cup of coffee 

Somsak has jumped to the conclusion of attacking without knowing the facts. 
All the other branches of the Amazon coffee shop have provided milk to their customers upon request. McDonald’s McCafe is always happy to provide you with milk when you buy a long black. So is Black Canyon.
To this day I am still not sure if this is just a “regulation” imposed by this particular branch, because this is not written on the menu.  
The world will be a better place to live in if people always look at the brighter side of a story. And I am still enjoying my daily coffee in Amazon’s branches that serve me coffee with a few drops of milk.
