Chinese favourites come to life

The Dusit Thani Bangkok’s Mayflower restaurant turn the spotlight on Peking Duck this month, with an “all-you-can-eat” selection of dishes including Peking Duck for dinner every Monday to Friday.

Slow moves and high kicks 
FMMA Bangkok offers classes in tai chi, qigong and wingchun throughout the week, teaching Thais and expats of all ages, shapes and sizes in a friendly “family” atmosphere. The programme also features regular trips out of Bangkok, giving students the chance to practise in natural surroundings and a relaxing atmosphere.
