US & UK have history of using poison politically

The UK and US are famous for using poison for political purposes. In the 19th century, Britain’s Queen Victoria sent tonnes of opium to China to suck back money (against a trade deficit from buying tea and silk) and poison Chinese citizens. The US also sent tonnes of Agent Orange to poison the Vietnamese (to win the war, but they lost) a half-century ago. An ancient Chinese sage said: “Do not forget the past, it will be our teacher in the future”.
