Promoting the use of breast milk will surely be beneficial to the newborns, but I hope that a similar kind of compulsory (teaching parents?) measure will be applied to match the (positive) abundance of natural love that the large group of skipped-generation kids – 0/5 years – is receiving today, with the supplemental “intellectual building blocks” of the following report - Get Early Childhood Ready For Mathematics.
The latter before and during the kindergarten years.
