They have dogs and cats where the rules almost always say animals are not allowed, drive bikes on the pathways around complexes, leave rubbish where they should not, play loud music and sometimes don’t pay their service charges for years when they can well afford to. From what I have read, sick building syndrome is a result of the natural frequency of resonance of the building. Very low frequencies cannot be heard but can make you sick, vomit and have excruciating headaches. Just for the record very low frequencies have in the past, and possibly still are, being researched as weapons. Long-Range Acoustic Devices are already in production and being used.
