Renaissance Bangkok Ratchaprasong Hotel has plenty to celebrate this days as welcomes new executive chef Matthias Mittnacht to its dynamic team.
A native of Bavaria, Mittnacht has been working in Bangkok for the best part of five years and says he has been inspired from the word go to combine Thai produce, ingredients and spices in creative ways.
With almost 20 years of experience in culinary arts working alongside many world-renowned chefs, Mittnacht brings his huge repertoire the hotel’s Flavors, La Tavola & Wine Bar and Fei Ya.
