Panama Papers data was stolen from law firm

When the press exposed the Panama Papers, they tried their best to distort the facts.

They used phrases like “the Papers were obtained from...”, or “the Papers were leaked by...”, when they should have said, “an unidentified person or persons stole information from law firm Mossack Fonseca”.
It is a case of theft of confidential information and a violation of lawyer-client privilege. Those who spread the Papers’ data around should be prosecuted for fencing, not credited for whistle-blowing.
It is interesting to see if evidence obtained illegally can be entered in a court in Thailand.
