Fun stuff for home and work

CIO means "check it out", and few shoppers can resist the shop's cheery invitation

CENTRAL’S MULTI-BRAND store CIO is a cool place to browse if you need funky decor items to jazz up the home or office, and they come from both local and overseas manufacturers.
The store’s name is an anagram for “check it out”, and that’s the fun part – rummaging among the shelves and sharing a giggle with friends.
Multipurpose frames come in the shapes of various animals, and there are cute leather bookends that look like giraffes and elephants. You can get a magnetised penholder that’s formed into a clutching hand, as well as Wall Pad clocks for the living room and robot-like
alarm clocks, perfect for the bedroom.
The latest stuff from Propaganda includes gold-coloured and copper lamps, lovely table lamps, still other lamps that resemble teeth, ceramic mugs, bins for all sorts of things, soap dispensers and the Mr P tissue-holder.
For the dining table, Umbra supplies wine corks that take on human form, along with openers, markers and shelves for your wine collection, three-tier trays by Koziol and Ocean glasses with giraffe and zebra motifs.
