Four of 6 new Ayutthaya Covid cases linked directly to cockfighting stadium

The latest patients bring the total of confirmed cases in the province to 23 amid the new wave of coronavirus.

The six patients are three women – aged 48, 56 and 59 – and three males – 39, 27 and 9. Of these, two were raisers of fighting cocks and two others worked at the stadium.

The provincial health office added that four patients out of the 23 have recovered and been allowed to return home.
