The ministry’s Anti-Fake News Centre announced on Sunday (May 10) that there have been reports of Internet posts inviting people to complete a questionnaire to get gifts such as smartphones and vouchers from Thailand Post.
“The centre had contacted Thailand Post and received confirmation that they have not organised any gift giving activities, nor provided an online questionnaire that requires users to fill in their personal information,” it said.
“Please do not believe or share the posts that illegally use the name or logo of Thailand Post. Most importantly, do not enter your personal information into any electronic form from an unverified provider,” the ministry warned.
