Chiang Rai Rajabhat students win contest for innovative yoghurt

Students from Chiang Rai Rajabhat University have won an innovation award in the learner’s category for their Inno-Yogurt with quinoa grains.

Meanwhile, the FiN-e ready-to-eat egg albumin product was the winner in the food category of the second Start-up Innovative F&B Products Competition. Cloudy Cold Brew, a cold-pressed organic coffee, won in the beverage category.
Winners will visit Food Ingredient 2020 in Indonesia and Vietnam.
The competition was a collaboration between UBM Asia (Thailand) Co Ltd, the Thailand Institute of Scientific and Technological Research, Faculty of Argro-Industry at Kasetsart University) and Faculty of Agricultural Product Technology and Innovation at Srinakharinwirot University. They are supporting the event in Indonesia and Vietnam.
