"Balloon Love” is held at Singha Park Chiang Rai Balloon Fiesta, which runs from February 13-17. The festival saw more than 35 balloons from 13 countries, including the United States, Taiwan, Australia, Brazil, Japan, South Korea and Switzerland, competing for the Bt500,000 top prize.
