Two Chinese tourists injured in Karon ATV accident

Rescue workers heard about the accident on the Nark Kerd Hills on Sunday afternoon.
When they arrived at the scene, they found two injured female Chinese tourists. 
The pair were identified as 28-year-old Huang Guang Jun, who sustained hip injuries, and 26-year-old Jin Ting, who sustained knees injuries. 
They were taken to Chalong Hospital. 

The ATV was found 60 metres down the hillside.
Staffers said the tourists had told police that when they started up the ATV, they had not realised it was in reverse gear, and the vehicle immediately went straight back down the hill.
