The village headman has been trying to identify those responsible for dumping the rubbish after two large piles were discovered close to Hat Baan Laem Pong.
Cement bags and blocks were found in amongst the piles of garbage.
The headman is worried as many tourists travel around the area and stay at its five-star hotels, and the rubbish is unsightly.
Village headman Somsak Tepbut on Monday inspected the area with media in tow.
He said local volunteers were always collecting rubbish along the 2-kilometre stretch of beach.
“Rubbish dumpers usually visit during the night. We are checking the rubbish and searching for them to face legal action,” he added.
