His Majesty sends 1,500 blankets to Phichit poor people

His Majesty called on Lt-General Thitithan Suksri and the Rajaprajanugroh Foundation under the King's patronage to hand out 750 blankets to the people living in the None Maprang mountains. The blankets were handed out in a ceremony held at the Sak Lek district meeting hall at 10.45am.

At 1.30pm on the same day, Thitithan and the foundation handed out another 750 blankets to poor people at a ceremony held at Wachira Baramee district meeting hall.
Thitihan conveyed to the recipients the King's message of concern for the plight of the poor during the cold spells.
His Majesty also provided food and drinking water to the poor who came to receive the blankets.
