Following a management agreement with Dusit International, one of Thailand’s foremost hospitality companies, the development will open under Dusit’s contemporary dusitD2 brand and the hotel will be managed exclusively by Dusit International. Plus Property will act as sales representative for the condominium and will manage the residences part of the development, the company said in a press release.
Slated to open in the first quarter of 2020, and designed to cater to families and young leisure travellers seeking a fun-filled escape, dusitD2 Hua Hin Hotel and Residences would be located close to the resort city’s largest shopping, dining and movie theatre complex, BluPort, and the Cicada Night Market.
Set over seven storeys on 2 rai (0.32 hectares) of land valued at Bt620 million, dusitD2 hotel will comprise approximately 150 rooms. Facilities will include an all-day dining restaurant, fitness centre, swimming pool and a rooftop bar.
The dusitD2 Residences Hua Hin will be set over 3.5 rai of land valued at Bt 820 million and managed separately to the hotel by Plus Property.
