Man arrested for masturbating in public

The suspect, Sakda Kaewratanasripho, 34, was arrested from his house in Angthong’s Pho Thong district at 9pm on Tuesday.
Sakda admitted that he was the one seen in a video clip recorded by a female staff of the clinic at 9pm on October 4.
Sakda reportedly told police it was not the only time he had engaged in self-gratification that day. He said he rode his motorcycle from Anthong past several Bangkok spots, including the Hua Lamphong Railway station, Victory Monument, Rama IX Road, Ekamai bus terminal, Asoke, Ploenchit, Siam Square and stopped to help himself when he spotted teenagers, especially female university students.
Chokchai Police Station chief Pol Colonel Supol Khamchu said he had instructed his subordinates to investigate the the October 4 clip until it was learned that Sakda is an Angthong resident, leading to his arrest.
