Lamphun man arrested for masturbating in front of women

Police had received complaints from several women that they were followed by a man on a white motorcycle, who caught up with them, sexually gratified himself, and fled the scene.
Police checked CCTV footage and arrested Sanoh Kesornphet, 30, at a house in a community in Muang district.
The man reportedly admitted that he was the person seen in the footage and he was allegedly high on methamphetamine.
