Governor blames floods on business in-filling

Lipe is a world-famous tourist destination in Thailand’s South. But following days-long heavy downpours, several villages and shops on this island are now flooded. 
Pattarapon said officials had surveyed the area and found that some natural waterways were had been filled in by the private sector.
