The fire started early in the morning at a fish shop before it spread to seven other buildings and seven adjacent buildings.
Firefighters put out the fire using 17 fire trucks from Sri Racha municipality and neighbouring areas.
A Burmese worker at the fish shop said he saw flames on the second floor of the shop and he tried to extinguish but it spread swiftly.
He received minor burns to his face and body while fleeing the blaze.
Police believe a short circuit caused the fire.
