Mr Jeff offers low-investment franchise model in Thailand
Julio Suero, chief of the Asia expansion division for Mr Jeff, said the Thai market is expected to be very profitable for franchisees, who will be provided with marketing and partner support from its professional teams.
He said that typically, franchisees of the Spanish laundry company typically recoup their investment in 17 months.
Franchisees are expected to break even within five months and make a monthly profit of approximately Bt90,483. He said the company will not charge royalties and marketing fees for the first year.
Mr Jeff officially started its sales operations in Thailand five weeks ago, and has been busy explaining the attractiveness of its innovative laundry and dry-cleaning services to consumers and franchisees alike.
The laundry business has more than 2,500 franchises in 25 companies. It runs on a simple idea: Through an app, consumers can choose the exact location, time and date of their laundry pickup, a driver visits the user’s home, collects the garments and later delivers them clean and ironed.
