Currently Kerry Express is the number one parcel delivery company in Thailand focusing on small deliveries. Its extensive delivery network consists of more than 1,500 service points and 600 distribution centres in all provinces – its next-day (ND) delivery service covers over 99.99 per cent of Thai population, its first-attempt deliverable is over 97 per cent, while unsuccessful deliveries account for less than 1 per cent of all shipments. Kerry Express is also operating Bangkok’s leading in-city same-day (SD) delivery platform under “Bangkok Sameday”.
Kerry Express operates three mega-sorting facilities in Bangkok, including its self-built facility – Kerry Bangna Logistics Centre (KBLC) – located on km 19 of Bangna-Trad Road. The second phase of KBLC will be ready for implementation in March 2018, expanding the usable gross floor area to more than 36,000 sqm. The facility can be further expanded by another 40,000 sqm given Kerry’s ownership of the land adjacent to the facility.
In November 2017, Kerry Express was voted the “People’s Choice 2017” under the award category of “Thailand e-commerce awards of excellent delivery/logistics management” by a public vote campaign organised by the Electronic Transaction Development Agency (ETDA) of the Ministry of Digital Economy and Society.
