Ceiling on imports raised
The Customs Department has increased the ceiling of products an individual can bring in to the Thai territory from abroad from Bt10,000 to Bt20,000.
Director General Somchai Sajjapong said that the new rule became effective July 10. Anyone who is found in possession of products more than Bt20,000 will be subject to taxation.
