DKSH opening new Billabong outlets in three cities

DKSH has announced a plan to open three more Billabong stores in major locations across Thailand.

After having entered a partnership with Billabong last year, DKSH is opening stores in Chiang Mai, Hat Yai and Phuket. Billabong is an Australian company that produces sportswear and casual clothing and sport-boarding accessories.
DKSH, a leading market expansion services provider, currently operates 28 stores for Billabong, of which 15 are in Bangkok.
“After starting with 19 stores in 2012 when our partnership with Billabong was formed, we will reach 31 stores by the end of this year,” said Peter Hornby, general manager for fashion apparel at DKSH Thailand.
“We are pleased to see continued strong demand for the iconic surf lifestyle brand. By increasing the number of Billabong stores, we are able to serve more customers, while strengthening the brand’s presence in Thailand.”
Billabong was founded on the Gold Coast of Australia in 1973 to provide board riders with highly functional and high-quality products. Billabong’s focus is on the board-sport channels of surfing, skateboarding, wakeboarding and snowboarding.
