Pailin not worried about investigation

He said that he was not worried about the Audit Committee's investigation if his decision violated the laws governing state enterprises' employees. Asking for the investigation himself in April, he said he wanted to set a standard for other state enterprise chiefs. 

He said the petition for the similar investigation is welcomed, as this would set a standard for all.  

"I am under no political influence to leave the post," he told reporters during a trip to Melbourne.

"How the investigation result would be or whether I will remain as the CEO of PTT, all that depends on the board's consideration. I can stay or leave as I'm not attached to this post."
