Nation group's global landscape on show

Nation Group is set to adjust to the changing media landscape, inviting media agencies to experience every channel of the group's media innovations at a Bangkok hotel tomorrow.

A media exhibition and seminar entitled Nation Media Landscape 2013 will be held at the S31 Hotel on Sukhumvit Road.
Nation Multimedia Group (NMG) chairman Suthichai Yoon said the key to adjusting to the fast-changing media environment was a convergence of all media to respond to every demand of consumers. “Our road map is converging media content to have depth and distribute it to consumers with speed and digital innovations. The Nation’s staffers are always riding on top of a wave so they can have a perspective that enables them to adjust to all work plans,” he said.
NMG president Duangkamol Chotana said print media continues to be the group’s major business with 7.5 million subscribers while more than 40 million viewers access the group’s digital media, 36 million access its websites every month, and 546,000 people view its applications. The group also has 1.29 million followers on Twitter and 300,000 followers on its Facebook page, while 16 million people view television programmes produced by the group.
