Take a closer look at HTMS Sukhothai, which sank to the bottom of the Gulf of Thailand about 35 kilometres off the coast of Prachuap Khiri Khan more than a year ago due to high winds and strong waves. Of the 105 crew on board, 76 were rescued, 24 found dead and five remain missing and presumed dead.
The Royal Thai Navy has joined hands with the US Navy to mount the current effort to recover the ship.
