To seal the deal, Chae Son National Park is throwing in spectacular views of mist seas swirling around the northern province’s mountain peaks.
Tourists have begun streaming into the park, located in Mueang Pan district, to experience the wonders of winter in Thailand’s mountainous North.
Another top attraction is Chae Son Waterfall, where water splashes down multiple cascades into a pool teeming with fish. Park officials said tourists are being treated to the sight of schools of Soro Brook carp grazing at the foot of the waterfall.
The water at the hot springs is too warm to bathe in, but tourists can use it to boil eggs for a handy snack.
They can then make their way a little further downstream for a dip in bathing pools fed by the hot springs.
