MasterCard holders can now pay their utility bills, mobile airtime and many other bills using their credit cards anytime anywhere without any need to pre-register their cards with their issuing banks.
Customers can use the easyBills service by visiting www.easyBills.in.th www.easyBills.in.th or by downloading the easyBills application on a smart phone.
They will enjoy extra benefits, such as accumulated points for their card usage, extended due dates when payment is made through credit cards, and storing their favourite billers conveniently for future repeat usage.
Most importantly, the service is free of charge until June 30.
Piyachart Ratanaprasartporn, chief executive officer of 2C2P (Thailand), said easyBills represented a one-stop payment-processing service covering every payment channel for both e-commerce and m-commerce, including credit and debit cards, counter payment, ATMs, and other bank channels such as mobile banking and Internet banking.
Antonio Corro, country manager for Thailand and Myanmar of MasterCard, said the company had partnered with 2C2P (Thailand) to increase the convenience for consumers through this new, innovative and safe online payment service with their MasterCards.
