MEDCURY joins forces with Vault Dragon to launch ‘MEDHIS Lite’, enhancing the potential of specialized hospitals and aesthetic clinics
MEDCURY has teamed up with Walt Dragon from Singapore to launch ‘MEDHIS Lite,’ a Hospital Information System (HIS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software developed to meet the needs of small specialized hospitals and aesthetic clinics. The service is based on the ‘Product as a Service’ model, which allows the system to be designed and customized to suit the operations of each healthcare facility.
Mr. Ekarit Thammakun, Managing Director of MEDCURY Co., Ltd. and Backyard Co., Ltd., stated that many specialized hospitals and aesthetic clinics are seeking solutions that can efficiently manage both patient care and CRM systems, which are different from those used by large hospitals. These solutions need to support specific functions such as managing specialized disease data, linking information between departments and branches, appointment scheduling, membership management, service package management, and commission allocation—needs that existing software cannot fully address.
“MEDHIS Lite is a compact HIS system integrated with a complete CRM function, supporting the management of medical data, marketing administration, and customer care.
