Nation Foundation cooks up meals for flood victims in Hat Yai
Food will be delivered to communities in Hat Yai district, Songkhla province, that have been hit by floods this week
The Nation Foundation, under Nation Group, has set up a volunteer kitchen at Wat Khok Saman Khun in Hat Yai district, Songkhla province, to help flood-hit residents.
The campaign is a collaboration with southern community aid networks and the private sector.
The kitchen has been operational since Friday, aiming to cook up 5,000 sets of meals per day. The food will be delivered to communities in Hat Yai district that have been hit by floods this week.
Nation Group’s business partners have been contributing funds and raw materials to help the campaign, including Siam International Food, TPI Polene, Samila Cold Storage, and CP Group, which provided 1,000 kilograms of chicken meat and 12,000 eggs.
