The Nida Poll public survey of 1,318 people on "Who should be the first to be vaccinated against Covid-19?" was conducted between February 15-17 among people aged 15 years and above from all regions, education levels and occupations nationwide.
In February, the Covid-19 vaccine will be injected into the first group of health personnel both from the public and private sectors.
According to the survey, the "occupations that should be the first to be vaccinated against Covid-19" were:
Healthcare workers: 40.48 per cent
General contractors/labourers: 14.41 per cent
Professionals in tourism sector: 8.87 per cent
All professional groups at the same time: 7.59 per cent
Professional groups of all types of travel and transportation: 5.29 per cent.
Students: 4.93 per cent
Business owners/self-employed: 4.85 per cent
Civil servants/employees/state enterprise employees: 4.38 per cent
Private company employees: 3.82 per cent
Butler/maid/retirees/unemployed: 3.49 per cent
Fisheries farmers: 1.4 per cent
Politicians: 0.48 per cent
