NCC Catering has vowed to maintain the gourmet standards for which it is famous while offering discreet anti-virus measures including temperature checks, PPE for all staff, hand sanitiser points, physical distancing and frequent sanitising of all surfaces.
All dishes are created by NCC’s central kitchen, certified by the Good Manufacturing Practice in Mass Catering and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point, said the firm. Each culinary tool is cleaned and sterilised after use, and temperature controls are applied to maintain clean and safe food.
NCC also uses professional nutritionists to create menus designed especially for certain blood-types, weight-control, or muscle-building, or to control health conditions such as diabetes, heart and kidney disease.
