Dtac said in a statement that the closures were intended to help prevent the spread of the Covid-19 virus.
The outlets are in Nakhon Si Thammarat and Rayong, Central Surat Thani and, in Bangkok, Central Plaza West Gate and Central Rama 3.
The shops will be thoroughly scrubbed and sanitised and reopen on March 13.
The employees have been asked to remain in isolation at home for 14 days.
