Towers of energetic strength
Rock idol Athiwara “Toon Bodyslam” Khongmalai recently joined with three luk thung (Thai country) stars Mike Piromporn, Pai Pongsatorn and Tai Orathai in recording “Nak Pajon Muang” for energy drink M-150’s new campaign, “Palang Hued Soo Puea Khon Thai”.
Now the four artists are leading a 25-concert-date tour that will continue through May.
“I really like the lyrics of this song, which encourage all of us to move towards our goals, despite the potential obstacles. It is the first time I’ve worked with these three artists even though we are all signed with GMM Grammy. And we are all known for being fighters, which I guess is why M-150 chose us for the campaign” says Toon Bodyslam.
The tour is divided into two separate segments. The first is “M-150 Luk Thung Super Show” led by Mai, Pai and Tai together with other luk thung artists Monkaen Kaenkoon, Lamyong Nonghinhao, Dokor Thungthong, Paowalee Pornpimol, and James Jaturong. The second is “M-150 Power Concert” led by Bodyslam together with Potato, Lomosonic, SDF and Sweet Mullet.
“M-150 Luk Thung Super Show” is free, but tickets for the “M-150 Power Concert” cost Bt100 and are available at the entrance.
