In honor of International Women's Day on March 8, 2023 we would like to invite all of you to experience the special collaboration with our guest Chef Nattida, famously known as Lady Butcher.
Lady Butcher is a highly regarded figure in the industry, with a wealth of experience importing beef from foreign countries and working with Michelin chefs and Master chefs. At the event, she will showcase her exceptional culinary talents, giving guests the chance to witness her in action and learn from her expertise. The menu includes A5 Hida Wagyu beef with Foie gras topped with Sea Urchin, Prawn salad & Caviar, Peas soup & Truffle, Halibut en Papillote with lemon & herbs and end your night with exclusive sweet treat.
In addition to the exceptional culinary experience provided by Lady Butcher, guests are invited to explore the wine cellar, which boasts over 100 wines. The beverage selection will be curated to perfectly complement the menu and highlight the flavors of the dishes served on that evening.
