Bangkok Bank wishes to apologize for any inconvenience caused by its planned temporary closure of services for system maintenance to enhance service efficiency.
This will take place on Saturday, March 18, 2023 from 02:00 a.m. to 07:00 a.m. Customers of Bangkok Bank and other banks will be unable to access Bangkok Bank services during the times indicated below:
02.00 a.m. – 07.00 a.m.
• Bangkok Bank Mobile Banking
• BeMerchant
• BeMerchant NextGen
02.00 a.m. – 05.00 a.m.
• Bualuang iBanking
• BIZ iBanking
• Corporate iCash
• Bualuang ATMs, CDMs and CDM/ATMs
• Bualuang Phone
• Banking Agent
• Funds Transfer, Deposits and Bill Payments from other banks to Bangkok Bank accounts
• e-Wallet and QR Payment services
• Bangkok Bank debit card holders will not be able to use their card for making transactions.
• Bangkok Bank credit card holders will not be able to use their card for making transactions via ATMs.
