Anantara Siam Bangkok celebrates the hot season with its annual Summer Ice Cream Parade that features a delightful range of frozen sundaes.
Among the flavours guaranteed to please is the All American that features caramelised popcorn, popcorn ice cream and egg-bacon ice cream.
Inspired by the king of fruit, the Durian sundae is served with brown sticky rice, coconut sauce, rice crackers and a sprinkling of peanuts for added crunch.
The Wood Berry bowl is sure to become an instant hit with its blend of raspberry, strawberry and blackberry sorbets matched with lemon financier, yoghurt meringue, fresh berries and a refreshing berry sauce.
Chocolate lovers will be spoilt with the Rocky Road that mingles dark chocolate ice cream, toasted almonds and marshmallow on a brownie and chocolate macaron while the Café Liegois is perfect for the caffeine crowd with aromatic coffee ice cream and shots of espresso and Kahlua topped with whipped cream, meringue and coffee boba.
Peches Melba ice cream comes with peach, white Chocolate espuma, toasted almond, a colourful macaron lollipop and marshmallow served in raspberry sauce.
